Martial Arts Footwork Class

Whether you’re interested in combat sports or self-defense, these lessons in martial arts footwork will help build a strong foundation for your stand-up techniques. Students of all styles (or no style!) are welcome!

Take this free half-hour Basic Martial Arts Footwork Class and position yourself for success!

Let’s get started with Part 1… moving in straight lines. Don’t be fooled—these drills are simple, but not easy!

Next up is Part 2… moving in circles. We’ll cover the Pivot Step and the Circle Step, then put everything together with a little freestyle practice.

Hope you liked this free class!

I’ve got more courses and classes coming soon, so hop on my email list to get updates.
