QiGong for Self-Defense

QiGong can appear mystical or magical… but it can also be practical! Yes, even for Self-Defense!

In this class, I share some simple (but not easy!) breathing exercises, then show you how to apply them to your fighting techniques.

Take this 1-hour QiGong class to take control of your breathing and maximize your power… in a fight or everyday life!

To be clear, QiGong represents a VAST field of study. There are countless methodologies addressing a wide range of goals, including spirituality, healing, vitality, and martial arts skill.

My interest is self-defense, so this class is NOT focused on “life force” or “energy flow”. Instead, I’m only focused on taking control of your breath so you can use it as a tool to support everything you do.

I think this will make a HUGE difference in your training and your life. It sure helped mine!
