#20: Sparring and Self-Defense [Podcast]

Posted on June 25, 2014November 30, 2020 by Ando Mierzwa

Welcome to Episode #20 of the Fight for a Happy Life podcast, Sparring and Self-Defense!

When it comes to self-defense, complaining won’t save you. Neither will quitting. In self-defense, you have to take action to protect yourself. Well, guess what? The same is true for dealing with a bad sparring partner!

This episode reveals a formula for self-defense that can be applied not only to out of control sparring partners, but to bullies and bad guys in every area of your life. You don’t want to miss this one!

This podcast explains a lot more concerns and solutions than what I learned for my TIPS certification!!!
    (Training for Intervention ProcedureS).

You are very welcome, Sensei Ando, … and each and every of your advice will also always be welcome, of course!
I keep listening your podcast and watching your YouTube videos.
I apply what I learn in my “dojo” life, and already feel a little safer and a lot happier!
        “I” thank you!

Right, Ingrid! The more your dojo life and real life are the same, the better! 🙂
